Who we are

Doan and Doan Team are made by Streamize Co., Ltd. ("we"). These terms apply to the Doan website and the hosted Doan Team service ("the Service"). Last updated September 26, 2026.

The open-source software

The Doan planning canvas is open source under the MIT license. Using it is governed by that license, not by these terms. It runs on your computer and works with your own Claude Code subscription; we never receive your Claude credentials.

Doan Team is a hosted service: free for teams of up to 3 members, and larger teams need a subscription. It is not available for self-hosting.

Accounts and teams

A team is created by its owner, who invites members. Owners and admins manage members; you are responsible for who you invite and for keeping your tokens and login links private.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so by law.

Your content

Plans, comments and names you put into the Service remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run the Service for your team. We don't sell your content or use it to train models.

Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful, and don't use the Service to attack, overload or probe it or other systems.

Payment

Paid plans are sold through Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record, which processes payment and handles sales tax and VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time in the billing portal, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service, we will give paying customers at least 30 days' notice and a way to export their plans.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will notify team owners by email or in the Service before it takes effect.

Disclaimers and liability

The software and the Service are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Ending

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your team at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On termination, the sections on content, disclaimers and liability continue to apply.
