Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from the billing portal on your team page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

If you're not happy with your first payment, ask within 14 days and we'll refund it in full.

How to ask

Write to admin@streamize.net from the email you paid with, or reply to your Polar receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar, usually within 5–10 business days. Last updated September 26, 2026.
