Privacy Policy

The short version

The Doan canvas runs on your computer and sends us nothing. The hosted Doan Team service stores what your team shares with it, and we use it only to run the Service. Last updated September 26, 2026.

This website

If you join a waitlist we store your email address to contact you about it. We use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks; it sets cookies and receives your IP address.

Doan Team (hosted)

We store team and member names, email addresses where given, roles, when members were last active, the plans members' doan uploads (without the chat with Claude), and comments. We keep only hashes of access tokens, invites and sessions. Our servers log IP addresses briefly to limit abuse.

Payment details go directly to Polar, our merchant of record; we receive the customer's name, email and subscription status, not card numbers.

Who else processes data

Polar (payments), our hosting and database providers (to run the Service), and Google (website analytics). Each processes data only on our behalf or under its own policy for payments.

How long we keep it

Team data stays while the team exists. When an owner deletes a team or asks us to, we delete its plans, comments and members within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it: write to admin@streamize.net. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including complaining to a data protection authority.
